Paul M. O’Connell, Jr., CIC

President

Paul has been in the insurance industry since 1987.
Paul joined RMI in 1990.

Paul has spent his entire career in the insurance industry. He has experience on the carrier side of the business as well as the agency side. He prides himself in his long-term relationships with customers as well as carriers. Paul earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation from The National Alliance in 1993. In an effort to help to better serve the relationships between customers and insurance companies; Paul serves on various agent panels. Currently, Paul sits on the Agent Council for Harleysville Insurance Company. Paul’s mission is to build lasting relationships with customers by offering them the best customer service and a choice of sound insurance policies from the most respected providers with competitive pricing. Paul enjoys leading the staff at RMI to be well educated insurance advisors that specialize in managing risks and providing excellent customer service.
Paul’s past community service includes a Board position for Strath Haven Ice Hockey Club as well as many years of coaching. Paul is one of the founders and the leader of Friends of Alexander Deihl, a fundraising organization that aides mentally and physically challenged children. Paul holds a BS in Business from Shippensburg University.

McLeod F. “Cloudy” Gwynette, CIC

Chairman of the Board

Cloudy has been in the insurance industry since 1979.
Cloudy joined RMI in 1979.

Cloudy is the nephew of our founder, Robert McIntyre. Cloudy has been a member of both the Bryn Mawr Rotary Club and a Director of the Bryn Mawr Fire Company since 1984. He is a graduate of Porter Gaud School in Charleston, SC and holds a BS in Business from Erskine College in Due West, SC.

Michael A. Puleo

Vice President

Mike has been in the insurance industry since 1969.
Mike joined RMI in 2011.

Mike was formerly the co-owner of Puleo-McFadden Insurance Associates located in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Mike and his customers joined the RMI family in 2011.
